Reeve’s scope of work was a 3,000 sqft office buildout located at 1600 St Charles Ave. The project consisted of multiple exam rooms, a procedure room, an employee break room, and restrooms. The design including 12 foot ceilings and an open lobby concept with custom millwork paneling behind the front desk. Work also included new MEP systems and modifications to the existing sprinkler system.
