Located at 261 Jules Avenue in Jefferson, LA the studio Arms Apartments is a 37 unit apartment complex built in 1960 and totally renovated by Reeves Construction in 2022. 

Urban properties selected Reeves to perform a complete building renovation of the main apartment building and the rear accessory structure. The scope of work included the complete renovation of 37 apartment units across 25,000sqft, an elevator modernization, and new front parking lot.
